Here are some common reasons why chargers do not work

1.The voltage and current of the charger do not match your battery.

2.Due to the limited lifespan of the battery, if the battery is damaged, the charger will not function. If not used for more than 12 months or 2-3 months, your battery may be damaged.

3. If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but the green light does not turn red after connecting the device, it remains on and the charger does not work. This may be caused by loose connectors.

4.If the green light is on when the power is plugged in and the light is off when the device is connected, it is because there is an internal short circuit in your device, causing the charger to have self-protection function. You’d better check the battery and replace it.

5. Only used for 42v/36V lithium-ion batteries.
