STEP 2
Insert your flat tool into the top-notch on the brush dispenser part of your pen.Apply gentle but firm pressure down and away from the barrel. 
STEP 3
After moving brush dispenser up slightly to expose 2nd notch, insert flat tool into 2nd notch.Apply pressure down & away from pen until pen opens. 
STEP 4
Refill your pen.Insert Brush Dispenser valve.Press together firmly until it snaps into place.
