Turn off the watch, then connect the computer with the charging cable inside the package (or the same kind of charging cable), then find the partition of your watch in your computer (the larger one) and copy your downloaded music files in MP3 format into the My music folder. Similarly you can copy photos out or in, and put your favorite pictures into My photo folder to use as background.
